MA2 Graduate Show | Truman Brewery

I presented my interactive game, Persephone's Cup, at the RCA 2023 MA2 Show. The setup included a monitor display accompanied by a gamepad, which offered visitors the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the game and navigate through its intricacies from start to finish.

In addition to the interactive exhibit, I hosted daily live gameplay tours during the duration of the show. These tours provided a platform for me to offer valuable insights, tips, and tricks to the eager participants. As I guided them through the levels of Persephone's Cup, I took the opportunity to delve deeper into the themes and concepts explored in the game; from the symbolism of Persephone's descent into the underworld, to my contemporary re-interpretation.

Persephone's Cup serves as a creative reimagining of the myth surrounding Persephone's journey to the underworld. It seamlessly weaves together elements of contemporary storytelling, immersive gameplay, and arcane symbolism. Through this innovative approach, the game invites players to delve into the depths of their own emotions and reflect on the timeless themes of transformation, archetypes, and the duality of life and death.


Overall, my presentation of Persephone's Cup at the RCA 2023 MA2 Show was a resounding success. The combination of the interactive exhibit and the live gameplay tours provided a comprehensive and engaging experience for visitors, leaving them captivated by the game's narrative and thought-provoking interpretations.
